Bravo Jenny's Salmon Nicoise
We felt inspired to put together a fun blog post championing some businesses in our area that are contributing to the wellbeing of our community. Read more about Jennifer Bravo’s delicious salmon nicoise recipe we made for dinner, the Allagash Brewing Company beer we drank with it, the Campfire Pottery bowls we ate it in, and even the great markets (Harbor Fish Market & Rosemont Market) we sourced our ingredients from. We’re grateful to be right where we are, amidst it all, and hope to share more stories like this with you in an effort to inspire, delight, or simply for some respite.
