January Daytrip XC Skiing in Bethel
Eager to make the most of winter, we went in search of snow last week for our January Daytrip. Little did we know, that if we waited a few extra days, we’d have many more inches to play with… but sometimes you can’t wait for the weather to cooperate! With coffee and breakfast in hand, we hit the road to the mountains for a great day of nordic skiing at Carter’s. We finished the day at Le Mu’s *new to us* brick-and-mortar restaurant with a hearty, flavor-packed meal.
